Shipping Options

We offer standard shipping and express shipping. Standard shipping typically takes 5 - 7 business days within the domestic region. Express shipping, available at an additional cost, can deliver your order within 1 - 3 business days. For international orders, delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Please refer to the shipping calculator on our website for estimated delivery times.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size of the package, and the destination. Domestic standard shipping costs start from \(5. For orders over \)50, we offer free standard shipping. Express shipping and international shipping costs are higher and will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery on our website or through the shipping carrier's website.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, customs delays (for international orders), or carrier - related issues may cause delays. In case of significant delays, we will notify you via email or the contact information provided during checkout. If your order is delayed beyond a reasonable time frame, please contact our customer service team, and we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution, which may include offering a partial refund or an alternative shipping method.

Delivery Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address, but we cannot guarantee that the change can be made if the order has already been processed for shipping.

Failed Deliveries

If the shipping carrier is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, no one being available to receive the package, or other issues on the recipient's end, they may attempt delivery a few more times. If delivery continues to fail, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs if you still wish to receive the order. We will also notify you via email about the return of the package and provide options for reshipping or refund.
