Refund Policy

At SUNCO LIGHTING, we strive to provide you with high-quality products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy that adheres to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. Customized or personalized products are generally not eligible for return, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product, our quality control team will inspect it. If the product meets the refund criteria, we will process your refund within 5 - 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. In some cases, depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 2 - 3 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Exceptions

Products that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or have missing components will not be eligible for a refund. If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt. We will either arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.
